It seems that hooligans have stolen so many landmark signs from the Grand Mesa and Uncompaghre National Forests in western Colorado that the Forest Service has come out publicly to pedition their return.
Officials are offering amnesty to persons who give signs back, but they obviously have no ability to catch the criminals.
